Cooking Instructions:
Steam green beans, covered for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove from steamer and toss with remaining ingredients.
Yield: about 4 servings
Tip: Leave green beans whole for a restaurant-caliber look. You can also try this recipe with other vegetables such as carrots or asparagus.
Note: This dish is a good example of why you should consider not only percentage of calories from fat but also total grams of fat. While percentage of calories from fat is high in this dish (over 30%), the total fat content is very low, just 1.9 grams.
