Cooking Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium high heat. Add garlic and onion, stir for 4-6 minutes or until tender. Add the sea salt, and Italian seasoning and stir for an additional 30 seconds. Add crushed tomato and turn heat to medium low; simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Season with ground black pepper and serve.
