Cooking Instructions:
Use a food processor if you have one. If not, a relish-like consistency is desired, so you can use a knife, hand chopper, or other handy kitchen device to achieve this consistency. Add all ingredients except feta cheese into food processor and chop using pulse button, until pieces are chopped into small pieces and resemble relish. If adding feta, stir in cheese using spatula, not food processor blade. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Flavor will increase after a couple days.
Yield: about 3 cups
