Chicken Farro Bowl
- 1 1/2 cups pearled farro
- 6 pieces Barber Foods Jumbo Popcorn Chicken
- 1/4 cup halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup cooked chopped broccoli
- 1/4 cup sweet bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley leaves, chopped
- 1 1/2 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoons basil pesto
- Mound the farro in a large bowl. Arrange the jumbo popcorn chicken, cherry tomatoes, broccoli and bell peppers on top.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and pesto. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
