Marinara Sauce

A simple, authentic sauce that complements our Parmesan and Florentine Stuffed Chicken breasts with style.


  • 1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 clv garlic, diced
  • 1 ea small onion, diced
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 can crushed tomato (32 oz)
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium high heat. Add garlic and onion, stir for 4-6 minutes or until tender. Add the sea salt, and Italian seasoning and stir for an additional 30 seconds. Add crushed tomato and turn heat to medium low; simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally. Season with ground black pepper and serve.
