Baked Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces gnocchi
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook gnocchi in boiling salted water until just tender, 5-7 minutes
  2. Drain, return to pot, then add grated parmesan and marinara
  3. Turn into 1 quart casserole and top with mozzarella
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes until browned and bubbly
