Preheat oven to 350 F. Remove frozen breast(s) from pouch and place on baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for a minimum of 25 minutes.
Remove frozen breast(s) from pouch and place on microwave safe plate. Heat breast(s) on high for 2 minutes for 1 breastand 3 minutes 40 seconds for 2 breasts.
